10 Awesome Tuts+ Tutorials

As you might know I’m a Tuts Plus member. A lot of people scoff at the idea of premium tutorials, what with so many great tutorials available already for free (especially from Envato) but I find it a worthwhile investment for $9/month.

There are 191 exclusive tutorials from these sites, which go more in depth than any free ones you’ll find out there. I walk away from a Plus tutorial with a much greater understanding of the big picture than if I read a short cut-and-paste tutorial.

Anyway, enough of my sales pitch. Here’s a mash-up of 10 awesome, unique, and in-depth tutorials from PSD Plus, Vector Plus, and Net Plus:

The Tutorials

Add Smoking Fire to Building

Designing and Developing for the iPhone

If you like the idea of these tutorials then make sure to get a Tuts Plus membership, which also includes all the source files for all the Envato tutorials as well as exclusive textures and brushes. The membership includes access to PSD tuts, Net Tuts, Vector Tuts, Audio Tuts, Photo Tuts, CG Tuts, Ae Tuts and Active Tuts. If you already have a membership, then I hope you enjoyed the selection.

Net Plus: the best web development tutorials.

Yeah, Tuts+ puts out really good tutorials. I find there's more detail and uniqueness to each in contrast to the average tutorial site.
